BRAIN DEAD

It has been a very very very exhausting past week...
Since last Fri, we had been engaged in intensive hrs of discussion daily..
Discussing and thinking about our damn assignment...
Last nite was the 'last' nite for part 1 of completing this module's assignments..
We spent like almost 10hrs in discussion...
I think all our brains felt really fried by the time we ended..
Finished critiquing 5 damn articles...

Let me share my topic with all..
It is "Effectiveness of CIMT (Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy) in improving upper limb function in chronic stroke patients"..
Sounds interesting? I think it is not bad...
This intervention MIGHT be worth considering in time..
Studies done so far have not really shown significant results that last.
N it is a very intensive form of intervention that is not really feasible in clinical settings..
oh.. For those who have zero idea on wat i just said..
CIMT is in layman terms.. forced use aka restraining the normal arm n forcing the weaker arm to be used..

I have lost most of my neuro-rehab knowledge/skillss.. haha..
Think i shld stick back to being in Hands la.. Familar ground..
Besides, i like it anyway.. hehe..

Anyway, the assignment was handed up today..
PHEWWWWW....
BUT i still cant breathe.. Cuz i have another major essay due coming tuesday..
Which i really am super duper stressed up about now...
Cuz i have no idea wat to write... Its for my splinting elective module..
sobsob... i shld be able to get my brain juice goin if i start..
Just that, at present.. My brains feel so tired...
Gotta switch channels now n read my journal articles to figure out how to go about writing my essay...
I dont think it is tough.. I just am tired of thinking.. hahaa..

Topic of my splint module is " Can the application of orthoses be justified by therapists using a occupational performance model of practice as an occupational therapy intervention for clients with occupational problems following C6 Spinal Injury? Discuss"

Can i fail it? *ponder ponder*
I wonder what happens if i dont hand it up..
It is worth 80%... HAHAHAHA....

Then i will 'throw' all of the Spore International OT students face.. hohohoho...
N i think they will stone me for it too.. hehehehe...
