Markets Visitin Day...

Hopped outta bed this morning @ 7am..
I woke up with a jolt this morning n hurriedly reached for my mobile to check the time out..
I had went to bed last nite without puttin the alarm on for once...
N i was supposed to meet Michelle & Fizza on the 8.08am Tram...
goshh!! I had slept like a dead duck n when i woke, i thot i had overslept..
But well.. thankfully, due to havin the habit of wakin up at 7am for work..
My body is now set to wake up at 7am each morning.. haa..
So luckily, i did not wake up late n got there right on time.. (*=*)

**Having to wake up at 7am at least 4-5times a week for work.. On days i have no work, i LOVEEEE sleepin in till noon.. heheee...Its just nice doin that.. N my room is super dark with the curtain drawn so i honestly have no idea of the time.. haaa.. **

Anyway, Went to 2 markets today... Camberwell Market & St Kilda's Market..
I think ever since i left work 6-7mths ago.. im slowly turnin into a bimbo..
It's as thou i cease puttin my brains to use functionally.. N enjoy sprouting n doing nonsense most of the time... *frownz*
I got semi-confused with the streets in the city AGAIN.. *roll eyeballs*
I was happily standin at the traffic light to cross the road wantin to go to Flinder's Street..
N michelle ( who btw come to the city very very much lesser than me) had to kinda alert me tt im in the wrong direction.. HAHAHAA...
The cross junctions in the city really get me confuse... hehehee...
Either im REALLY a direction idiot (which i refuse to admit to it.. cuz normally i do knw where i m going) or else i've been reduced to a bimbo...
sighh....

Camberwell Market is a flea mart.. Where second hand stuff are sold...
Huge place but in my point of view, nothoing for me...
As i was discussin with Ling, we are brought up in a society that does not value '2nd hand items'.
To us, things must be new.. N if things r spoilt or old, we throw away.. We dun really give it out or sell it away.. At least its not a culture back at home.. U dun see many of us holding 'garage sales or HDB sales'..
The flea market despite not havin anything to buy, was an interesting thing to go check out.. Thou i probably wont go again unless i have smth i might think that place offers... hahahaa...
It was interesting seein the kinda things people can bring out to sell.. *Pity i din get any pics*
The weirdest stuff are on sale there n the prices were of crse good..
I saw antique looking stuff tt i really like playin with but no way would i buy.. hahaa...
The only thing i keep checkin out were books n more books..
I M REALLY A NERD.. sighh...
* i realise i always tend to just pop into bookstores whereever i am, even if just a few mins n to browse a bit.. I do love the feelin of being surrounded by books.. haha..*

Anyway, we left Camberwell Market after abt an hr.. It was a cool but SUNNY day...
N i got burnt AGAIN.. *urghghghhh*

Headed to St Kilda's and spent almost 4hrs there... I do really love that place..
Especially now in Summer.. The beautiful ocean (thou not as great as Great Ocean Road)..
The fresh sea breeze.. The sun...
N the arts stuff on display there always never fail to catch my attention and admiration..
This time round, we also wandered down towards where the shops were n had lunch there..
Saw a few cafes/bistros that i'd really love to sit down at with a book n a cup of coffee.. haa..
St Kilda's were filled wtih Dogs as usual n it was jsut so nice checkin the diff breeds of dogs out.. From terriers to great danes.. Poodles to Laborders...
We sat down by the beach enjoyin the sea breeze... It was really nice..
So totally refreshing and free.... I think i got sunburnt here..
My shoulders n chest are now flamin red again.. sobb..
I think i kinda forgot that the sun is super strong here.. Cuz the wind was cold today...
Urghh... I m just gonna head to the beach n give myself an overall even tan.. soon..
Cuz i look like a half-baked chicken now..

After St Kilda's ... headed back to the city..
Endured the 20mins agonising ride back.. It is ALWAYS super packed on the trams to n fro..
Real annoying.. Esp i was feelin sleepy... haa...
Back in the city, strolled about a bit.. N headed home..
Cuz i was tired already...

Lately i realised tt i have a new issue...
My bladder seems to be gettin weaker? If not, my renal system is gettin over-active?
i keep wantin to go to the loo after just drinkin some water..
Damn it.. Super irritated...

okie.. time for bed... My weekend of 'rest & play' is over..
Now its time for work, work work n more work..
